Cancellation Policy:
Time is valuable, please communicate with your Esthetician if you need to reschedule. Clients must provide a 24-hour notice if they are unable to keep your appointment. Clients who do not cancel within this 24-hour time frame will be charged 50% of the treatment.

Late Clients:
In order to give each of our clients the attention they deserve, treatments must start on time. If you are 10+ minutes late there will be a $20 late fee added to your treatment. If you are 15 minutes late without any notice we reserve the right to cancel and charge you 50% of the treatment price. If I can accommodate you past the 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will still be applied to the service. If payment is not received for the cancellation, you must prepay prior to booking another appointment at In the Nude Skincare.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who no-show (no communication) will be charged 100% of the treatment.
A client with three cancellations or a history of tardiness is put at risk of being terminated from this practice.

Return/Exchange Policy:
No refunds or exchanges on any products, gift cards, or services.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment for any client that has not confirmed their appointment within 48 hours of their scheduled treatment.​
